Аннотация
The integration of robotic technologies into modern healthcare systems represents a transformative shift in clinical diagnosis, surgical intervention, and physiological rehabilitation. As demographic shifts continue to increase the global burden of chronic illnesses, age-related disabilities, and neuromuscular disorders, traditional medical delivery models face severe constraints in scalability and operational precision. Robotic systems—ranging from high-precision surgical articulators to wearable powered exoskeletons—offer unprecedented accuracy, repeatability, and quantitative diagnostic capabilities. This article investigates the contemporary applications, physiological mechanisms, and clinical outcomes of health-related robotics. By examining three pivotal domains—minimally invasive surgical robotics, wearable powered exoskeletons for neurorehabilitation, and autonomous assistive systems for inpatient and clinical environments—we provide a comprehensive analysis of how robotic engineering enhances patient recovery trajectories, optimizes clinical workflows, and redefines therapeutic standards in contemporary medicine.
