Аннотация

Vocational guidance is a crucial aspect of education, shaping students’ futures and influencing their professional success and personal fulfillment. This paper explores the psychological, sociological, and pedagogical dimensions of guiding students towards a suitable vocation. It delves into the role of educators, family, and society in career decision-making, emphasizing the importance of individualized guidance tailored to students’ abilities, interests, and aspirations. Moreover, the paper examines the influence of modern technological advancements and labor market trends on career choices. The study concludes that a holistic, multidimensional approach is necessary to ensure that students make informed, fulfilling vocational decisions.
