The psychology of pedagogical individuals and the concept of psychological culture are crucial in understanding the dynamics of teaching and learning in educational settings. Pedagogical individuals, including teachers and educators, are central to the educational process, and their psychological profiles influence both their teaching practices and interactions with students. Psychological culture refers to the set of psychological traits, values, and attitudes that shape the interactions between educators and learners. This paper explores the relationship between the psychological characteristics of pedagogical individuals and the development of a productive learning environment. It examines the role of emotional intelligence, motivation, personality traits, and cultural competence in shaping pedagogical practices. The study emphasizes the importance of fostering psychological culture in educational settings to promote inclusive, empathetic, and effective teaching and learning.
