Аннотация

High school represents a critical period in human development, marked by significant psychological changes as adolescents navigate the transition from childhood to adulthood. These psychological changes are influenced by biological, cognitive, emotional, and social factors, all of which contribute to the development of identity, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships. This paper explores the various psychological transformations that high school students undergo, with a particular focus on cognitive development, emotional regulation, identity formation, and the impact of peer influence. The paper also discusses the challenges that high school students face, such as mental health concerns, academic pressure, and social dynamics. Understanding these changes is essential for educators, parents, and policymakers to support students effectively during this critical developmental phase.
