Аннотация

Problem-Based Learning (PBL) has emerged as a powerful pedagogical strategy that promotes active learning, enhances critical thinking, and improves problem-solving skills. In the context of Physiology and Hygiene education, PBL enables students to engage deeply with real-world health-related issues, fostering a better understanding of physiological processes and hygiene practices. This paper explores the implementation of PBL in Physiology and Hygiene education, its impact on student learning, and strategies to optimize its effectiveness. By analyzing case studies and empirical research, this study highlights the benefits of PBL, including improved student motivation, deeper conceptual understanding, and better retention of knowledge. Additionally, challenges such as student adaptation, assessment difficulties, and the need for teacher training are discussed. Recommendations for integrating PBL in Physiology and Hygiene curricula are provided to support educators in effectively fostering problem-solving and critical thinking skills in students.
