Аннотация

Rutin, a flavonoid with significant pharmacological benefits, is widely used in medicine and the pharmaceutical industry due to its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and vascular-protective properties. Alhagi, a genus of medicinal plants found in arid regions, is known to be a rich natural source of rutin. This paper explores the methodology for extracting rutin from the Alhagi plant, including solvent extraction, purification, and identification techniques. Various factors affecting the yield and purity of rutin are analyzed, and advanced extraction methods such as ultrasound-assisted and enzymatic extraction are discussed. The study highlights the potential of the Alhagi plant as a sustainable source of rutin for industrial applications.
