Аннотация

The stability of the banking sector is a critical determinant of macroeconomic performance, particularly in developing economies where financial systems are often more vulnerable to external and internal shocks. This paper examines the relationship between banking sector stability and macroeconomic performance in developing economies, focusing on the interplay between financial stability indicators and key macroeconomic variables such as GDP growth, inflation, and unemployment. Using a combination of econometric analysis and case studies, the study explores how banking sector stability influences economic growth and stability, and vice versa. The findings suggest that a stable banking sector significantly contributes to sustainable economic growth, while macroeconomic instability can exacerbate financial vulnerabilities. The paper concludes with policy recommendations aimed at enhancing banking sector resilience and fostering macroeconomic stability in developing economies.
