Аннотация

Epigenetic regulation plays a pivotal role in immune cell differentiation, influencing the development and function of immune cells in response to environmental and intrinsic signals. This paper explores the mechanisms by which epigenetic modifications, including DNA methylation, histone modifications, and non-coding RNAs, govern the differentiation of immune cells such as T cells, B cells, and macrophages. Furthermore, the study investigates how dysregulation of these epigenetic processes contributes to the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and systemic lupus erythematosus.
