Аннотация
Immunometabolism is an emerging field that explores the intricate interplay between metabolic pathways and immune cell function. This paper investigates how metabolic reprogramming regulates immune responses in both health and disease, focusing on the role of key pathways such as glycolysis, oxidative phosphorylation, and fatty acid metabolism. By integrating findings from in vitro and in vivo studies, this research highlights the dynamic metabolic adaptations of immune cells during activation, differentiation, and effector functions. Furthermore, the study examines how dysregulation of these metabolic processes contributes to the pathogenesis of chronic inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer.
