Аннотация

This article examines innovative ways of effectively using human resources in the labor market of Uzbekistan. The article also examines the assessment of human capital and the level of its use in countries around the world using various international indices. In these indices, countries with high scientific and technical potential, high indicators of investment and cost effectiveness in science and scientific research, and high indicators of efficiency of investments in human capital occupy a leading position. It is one of the main global indicators for assessing the effectiveness of human resources use.
