Аннотация

This article examines the importance of retraining the workforce in ensuring youth employment. Taking into account that young people constitute the main part of the workforce resources, ensuring their employment is one of the most important aspects of economic development, and it is advisable to further improve the system of vocational training and retraining to ensure their employment by properly establishing a system of retraining.
