Аннотация

this article examines the socio-economic importance of training middle-level personnel based on the needs of the private sector in the context of the digital economy, as well as the existing problems and their solutions. Based on the needs of employers in the private sector, the results of the ongoing work on the training of middle-level personnel were analyzed, as well as recommendations were developed to improve the processes of training competitive middle-level personnel in the professional education system.
