Аннотация

Modern technologies for the production of biomimetic prostheses and animatronic models are actively developing, requiring a thorough study of the materials and methods of their manufacture. This work is devoted to the creation of a realistic silicone human hand with an emphasis on chemical, technological and engineering aspects. The main attention is paid to the processes of polymerization, curing, modification of silicone materials, as well as their compatibility with other components. The main physical and chemical properties of the materials used, their influence on the final characteristics of the product and possible directions for improving the technology are studied.
