Аннотация

Cognitive abilities are essential for academic success and lifelong learning. This article explores the pedagogical and psychological foundations that contribute to enhancing students' cognitive abilities. By examining various teaching methodologies and psychological theories, we aim to identify effective strategies that educators can employ to foster cognitive development. The interplay between pedagogical approaches and psychological principles is crucial in creating an optimal learning environment. This paper concludes with recommendations for integrating these foundations into educational practice.
