Epoxy-polyurethane blends have garnered significant attention in material science due to their synergistic properties, combining the high mechanical strength and chemical resistance of epoxy with the flexibility and toughness of polyurethane. This study investigated the synthesis, characterization, and potential applications of epoxy-polyurethane hybrid systems. The blends were prepared through a two-step curing process, incorporating varying weight ratios of epoxy resin and polyurethane prepolymer. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were employed to analyze chemical interactions and thermal behavior, respectively.
