Аннотация

Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in digital electronics testing and verification, addressing the growing complexity of modern electronic systems. This paper explores the role of AI in enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of testing and verification processes. By leveraging machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and automated reasoning techniques, AI enables the identification of faults, optimization of test patterns, and reduction of time-to-market for electronic devices.
