Аннотация
Superstitions are one aspects of learning language like proverbs, sayings, folklore and traditions. Learning language is not learning only grammar and vocabulary. Learning about superstitions can open the door to understanding other cultures and values of the two countries.By studying superstitions, students can learn about the country, language, culture, the people and their lives and how to connect with others. This article compares superstitions to other cultural elements like traditions, folklore, proverbs and sayings to show their significance in learning about different societies [1, p. ]. The study suggests that including superstitions in lessons can help students become more aware of the world and sensitive to other cultures.
