Аннотация

In the process of storing fruits and vegetables, it is important to maintain the quality of products in the long term. In this process, it is necessary to control such important parameters as temperature, humidity, gas composition. Metrological supply serves to prevent product degradation by measuring and monitoring these parameters. The thesis talks about the measuring instruments used to control storage conditions, their accuracy and compliance with standards.
