Аннотация

Waterproof wall paints are crucial for protecting buildings from moisture damage, preventing mold growth, and enhancing the durability of construction materials. This study explores the chemical composition, synthesis methods, and performance characteristics of waterproof paints. Additionally, the paper evaluates the effectiveness of various formulations, including polymer-based and nanotechnology-enhanced coatings, in different environmental conditions.
