Organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) have garnered significant attention in the field of organic electronics due to their potential applications in flexible displays, sensors, and other electronic devices. This research paper presents a comprehensive study on the preparation of OTFTs, focusing on the materials used, fabrication techniques, and the electrical characteristics of the devices. The study explores various organic semiconductor materials, including pentacene and poly(3-hexylthiophene), and their impact on device performance.
