Аннотация
The measurement of partial pressure in liquids is a critical parameter in various industrial and scientific applications, including chemical processing, biomedical engineering, and environmental monitoring. This research paper investigated electromechanical methods for determining the current partial pressure of liquids, focusing on their accuracy, reliability, and practical implementation. The study explored the principles of pressure transduction through electromechanical sensors, including piezoelectric, capacitive, and strain gauge-based systems.
