Аннотация

The legal system of a state represents the totality of all legal norms and institutions that regulate social relations. It is the foundation of a functioning legal state and plays a key role in ensuring stability and justice in society. This article examines the main elements of the legal system, its structure, and functions. It also analyzes the influence of historical, cultural, and social factors on the development of national legal systems. Special attention is given to the changes that have occurred in legal systems under the conditions of globalization and the interaction of different legal cultures.
