Аннотация

This article examines the evolution of pedagogical models in the 21st century within the context of rapid technological, social, and cultural transformations. It analyzes the shift from traditional teacher-centered approaches to student-centered, competency-based, and technology-driven models that reflect the needs of a globalized knowledge economy. The mechanisms of pedagogical innovation, including the integration of digital technologies, project-based learning, flipped classrooms, and blended learning environments, are explored in depth. Particular attention is paid to inclusive and collaborative pedagogies, which aim to address diversity, equity, and social-emotional learning. The effectiveness of educational policies, teacher professional development, and international frameworks is assessed. The article highlights the challenges of balancing innovation with accessibility and examines strategies for lifelong learning. Conclusions emphasize the importance of adopting flexible, context-sensitive, and future-oriented pedagogical models that prepare learners for the complexities of contemporary society.
