Аннотация

The article examines the importance of the policy of neutrality in strengthening the sovereignty and independence of the state. The historical, political, and philosophical contexts of neutrality are analyzed, revealing its influence on foreign policy stability, national security, economic development, and international authority. Special attention is given to Turkmenistan’s experience as a neutral state that has succeeded in turning neutrality into the foundation of both its foreign and domestic policy.
