Аннотация

This article discusses the specific qualities and management skills of a future leader by studying scientific data on the management of power. In this regard, the author tried to reveal his thoughts on the development of competencies that a just and wise government should possess in the field of management. In any socio-political doctrine, the problem of power and the mechanisms of its implementation have always occupied a central place and are considered one of the most controversial issues.
