Аннотация

The rapid proliferation of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, and data-driven systems has introduced new ethical complexities that transcend traditional frameworks of responsibility and regulation. This research investigates ethical considerations inherent in the design and deployment of emerging technologies, emphasizing accountability, transparency, and human dignity. Through a qualitative meta-analysis of academic and policy literature, complemented by a conceptual synthesis of ethical frameworks, the study identifies persistent gaps between technological innovation and ethical governance. Findings suggest that responsible innovation requires embedding ethical reflection throughout the technological lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment. The paper concludes that interdisciplinary collaboration, value-sensitive design, and adaptive governance mechanisms are essential for aligning technological progress with societal well-being and moral responsibility.
