Аннотация
Chlorine-free potassium fertilizers are essential for improving soil quality and supporting high‑value agricultural crops, especially those sensitive to chloride ions. This extended study presents a detailed overview of a new method for producing chlorine‑free potassium fertilizer in Turkmenistan using locally available minerals such as langbeinite, kainite, and sulfate-rich brines. The research focuses on sustainable chemical conversion, environmental benefits, mineral processing efficiency, and industrial feasibility. The goal is to reduce fertilizer imports, support agricultural development, and create a cleaner production system aligned with Turkmenistan’s national environmental strategies.
