Аннотация

In the contemporary economic environment, organizations operate under conditions of high uncertainty, rapid market changes, and increasing competitive pressure. Despite the availability of vast amounts of data and advanced management tools, many firms continue to suffer from inefficient decision-making processes. This problem manifests in delayed responses, suboptimal resource allocation, and strategic misalignment, ultimately reducing organizational performance and economic sustainability.

This article examines the problem of ineffective managerial decision-making in modern organizations from an economic and management perspective. It identifies the key structural, informational, and behavioral factors that hinder rational decision-making and proposes an integrated management framework aimed at improving decision quality. The proposed solution combines economic analysis, data-driven management, and organizational alignment to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. The findings provide practical and theoretical contributions to the fields of economics and management.
