Аннотация
Fractured reservoirs represent a significant portion of global oil and gas resources; however, their development remains technically complex and economically risky. Natural and induced fractures strongly influence fluid flow behavior, reservoir permeability, and hydrocarbon recovery efficiency. A major problem in fractured reservoirs is the uncertainty in fracture geometry, connectivity, and conductivity, which often leads to inaccurate reservoir models and suboptimal production strategies.
This article addresses the problem of permeability uncertainty in fractured oil and gas reservoirs. It analyzes the geological and physical characteristics of fracture systems, evaluates their impact on reservoir performance, and proposes an integrated methodological approach for fracture characterization and management. The proposed solution improves reservoir predictability, enhances production efficiency, and reduces operational risks.
