Аннотация

Collaboration has become a central concept in modern language education, particularly in the teaching of English as a foreign or second language. This article examines collaboration as a pedagogical approach, highlighting its theoretical foundations, key models, and practical applications in English language teaching. The study emphasizes how collaborative practices enhance communicative competence, learner autonomy, and social interaction. The findings suggest that collaboration not only improves language proficiency but also develops essential 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, cooperation, and intercultural awareness.
