Аннотация

The growing internationalization of higher education has led to an increased use of English as a medium of instruction, particularly in the teaching of social sciences. This trend aims to enhance academic mobility, access to global knowledge, and graduates’ competitiveness in the international labor market. This article examines methodological approaches to teaching social sciences in English at higher educational institutions, using the International University for the Humanities and Development as a case study. The study analyzes pedagogical strategies, curriculum design, assessment methods, and challenges associated with English-medium instruction in a non-native English-speaking context.
