Аннотация
This study evaluates the efficiency of solvent-based classical extraction for recovering bioactive compounds from Turkmen chamomile. The research utilized ethanol as the primary solvent and finely ground chamomile powder to ensure maximum chemical recovery. This approach was chosen to preserve the plant's delicate secondary metabolites, such as flavonoids and essential oils. The ethanol- based method proved highly effective, yielding a concentrated extract with strong biological activity. The powdered form significantly enhanced solvent penetration, resulting in a high-quality product that reflects the unique chemical profile of Turkmenistan’s flora. Classical ethanol extraction remains a robust, cost-effective, and reliable technique for the industrial processing of Turkmen medicinal plants.
