The rapid expansion of globalization, intercultural interaction, and digital technologies has transformed the goals and practices of modern language education. Contemporary language teaching increasingly emphasizes communicative competence, learner autonomy, and real-life language application rather than rote memorization of grammatical rules. This article examines innovative pedagogical approaches in modern language teaching, including communicative language teaching, task-based learning, learner-centered instruction, and technology-enhanced methodologies. The study highlights their pedagogical value and discusses challenges related to implementation. The findings confirm that innovative approaches contribute significantly to improving learner motivation, engagement, and overall language proficiency.
