Аннотация
Acne vulgaris is a common dermatological condition associated with microbial infection, inflammation, and excessive sebum production. This study focuses on the formulation of a topical gel containing pumice as a natural exfoliating agent combined with antimicrobial components for acne treatment. The formulation aims to provide mechanical exfoliation, bacterial inhibition, and controlled delivery of active ingredients. The results demonstrate that pumice-based gels can enhance skin cleansing, improve drug penetration, and reduce acne severity when combined with suitable antimicrobial agents.
