Аннотация
The study of adjectives plays a significant role in understanding the grammatical and semantic structures of languages. Turkmen and Japanese, belonging to different language families, demonstrate both similarities and differences in their adjectival systems. Turkmen, a Turkic language, and Japanese, an East Asian language, differ in morphology, syntax, and classification of adjectives, yet both exhibit agglutinative features. This article provides a comparative analysis of adjectives in Turkmen and Japanese, focusing on their grammatical categories, formation, usage, and syntactic behavior. Special attention is given to the classification of adjectives, their inflectional properties, and their role in sentence construction. The study highlights structural parallels and distinctions, contributing to a deeper understanding of cross-linguistic typology and language learning.
