Аннотация
The formation of Independent and Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan represents an important stage in the political, cultural, and socio-economic development of Central Asia. Neutrality has become a fundamental principle guiding the country's domestic and foreign policies, ensuring stability, peaceful cooperation, and sustainable development. At the same time, Turkmenistan preserves and promotes its rich cultural heritage, among which the Akhal-Teke horse occupies a special place as a national symbol and historical treasure. Known as “heavenly horses,” Akhal-Teke horses embody strength, endurance, elegance, and loyalty, reflecting the national identity and values of the Turkmen people. This article examines the historical development of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, its role in strengthening international cooperation, and the cultural significance of the Akhal-Teke horse as a symbol of independence and national pride.
