The architectural design of modern sports schools requires the integration of functional efficiency, safety standards, and aesthetic expression, alongside advanced visualization technologies. This study presents the exterior design and animation of a contemporary sports school, emphasizing spatial organization, facade development, and environmental performance. Building Information Modeling (BIM) and real-time rendering tools are utilized to create an accurate digital representation of the facility. The results demonstrate that the incorporation of animation into the design process enhances spatial understanding, improves design validation, and supports effective communication with stakeholders. The proposed approach contributes to the development of efficient, safe, and visually engaging sports education environments.
