The design of rehabilitation and educational kindergartens requires a multidisciplinary approach that integrates architecture, child psychology, rehabilitation science, and digital visualization technologies. This study presents the exterior design and animation of a modern kindergarten that accommodates both educational and therapeutic functions. Emphasis is placed on safety, accessibility, sensory stimulation, and environmental sustainability. Building Information Modeling (BIM) and real-time rendering tools are employed to develop a detailed architectural model and dynamic animations. The results demonstrate that integrating animation into the design process enhances spatial understanding, improves design validation, and supports the creation of inclusive and therapeutic environments for children.
