Аннотация

Physical chemistry is the branch of science that bridges the principles of physics and chemistry to understand and explain the behavior of matter at both the macroscopic and molecular levels. Far from being confined to the pages of academic textbooks, physical chemistry governs the processes we encounter every single day — from the morning cup of coffee that warms our hands to the engines that drive our cars, from the digestion of food in our bodies to the electricity that powers our homes.
