Аннотация

     Effective communication is a fundamental component of modern educational institutions, particularly universities where large numbers of students, faculty members, and administrative staff interact daily. Traditional communication methods, such as notice boards, emails, and verbal announcements, often fail to deliver timely and reliable information to all stakeholders. This project proposes the development of a comprehensive notification system designed specifically for university students and teachers to improve communication efficiency and information dissemination.

     The system is a centralized digital platform that enables administrators and faculty to send real-time notifications regarding academic schedules, assignments, examinations, events, and emergencies. It supports multiple communication channels, including mobile push notifications, emails, and SMS, ensuring that users receive important updates regardless of their preferred medium. The platform is designed with user-friendly interfaces, allowing easy access and management of notifications.

     Key features of the system include personalized notifications, role-based access control, scheduling of messages, and integration with existing university systems such as learning management systems (LMS) and student information systems (SIS). Additionally, the system incorporates security measures to protect user data and ensure privacy.

     The proposed notification system enhances communication, reduces information gaps, and improves overall academic coordination. By providing timely and accurate information, it contributes to better decision-making, increased student engagement, and improved institutional efficiency. Ultimately, this system represents a significant step toward digital transformation in higher education.
