The development of modular engine systems has become an important area of research in modern mechanical and electromechanical engineering due to increasing demands for efficiency, adaptability, and energy optimization in transportation technologies. Among various engine configurations, the V8 engine remains one of the most structurally balanced and mechanically powerful internal combustion systems used in automotive and industrial applications. This article examines the structural design and electromechanical energy analysis of a functional modular V8 engine prototype developed for experimental and analytical purposes. The study focuses on the mechanical architecture of the modular engine system, material selection, dynamic operational characteristics, and the integration of electrical energy generation mechanisms derived from rotational engine motion. Furthermore, the article analyzes thermodynamic performance, mechanical stress distribution, vibration behavior, and energy conversion efficiency within the prototype structure. The findings demonstrate that modular V8 engine systems provide significant advantages in structural flexibility, maintainability, and electromechanical integration while offering valuable opportunities for hybrid energy applications and engineering education.
