The increasing demand for safe and clean drinking water has accelerated the development of compact and efficient water purification technologies. Among these systems, multi-stage pumped water purification units have gained significant attention due to their ability to remove physical, chemical, and biological contaminants through sequential filtration and treatment processes. This article examines the structural and functional design of an open case five-stage pumped water purification unit intended for domestic and small-scale industrial applications. The study focuses on system architecture, mechanical structure, fluid flow management, filtration mechanisms, and operational performance. Furthermore, the article analyzes the integration of pumping systems, filtration stages, and maintenance considerations that contribute to purification efficiency and system reliability. The findings demonstrate that properly designed multi-stage purification systems can achieve high water quality standards while maintaining operational stability, compactness, and energy efficiency.
