Multivariable System modeling represents one of the fundamental methodologies in modern mathematics, engineering, physics, economics, computational science, and systems analysis. Multi-variable and coupled function models are used to describe complex systems in which multiple dependent and independent variables interact simultaneously through nonlinear or linear relationships. Such models are essential for understanding dynamic behavior, predicting system responses, optimizing processes, and simulating real-world phenomena. This article presents a detailed scientific analysis of multi-variable and coupled function modeling, including theoretical foundations, mathematical structures, coupling mechanisms, numerical methods, computational techniques, stability analysis, and practical applications. Particular attention is devoted to differential equation systems, matrix representations, nonlinear coupling, computational simulation, optimization strategies, and machine learning integration. The article also discusses current challenges and future perspectives in advanced multivariable modeling technologies.
