Аннотация

The rapid growth of online services and web-based authentication systems has significantly increased the exposure of digital platforms to cybersecurity threats. Among these threats, brute force attacks remain one of the most common and persistent methods used to gain unauthorized access to user accounts and administrative panels. Traditional password-based authentication systems often rely solely on static credentials, making them vulnerable to automated password guessing techniques. This article introduces and conceptualizes a Web Login Protection System (WLPS), an adaptive security framework designed to detect, prevent, and mitigate brute force attacks against web authentication services. Unlike conventional login systems that depend only on username-password validation, the WLPS integrates intelligent request monitoring, behavioral analytics, rate limiting, and multi-factor authentication mechanisms to create a dynamic defense environment. The article examines the theoretical foundations of authentication security, intrusion detection, and adaptive access control.
