Аннотация
Innovation clusters have emerged as a fundamental mechanism for enhancing economic competitiveness in the contemporary global economy. By concentrating geographically proximate firms, research institutions, and supporting organizations, clusters facilitate knowledge spillovers, accelerate technological diffusion, and increase productivity. This article examines the theoretical foundations, structural characteristics, and economic impacts of innovation clusters, with emphasis on their role in regional development, innovation performance, and global competitiveness. The study also discusses policy implications for fostering cluster-based economic growth in developing and transition economies.
