In today’s highly competitive market, organizations are increasingly focusing on customer satisfaction as a key driver for success. The emergence of Big Data has brought about significant transformations in supply chain management (SCM), allowing companies to shift from traditional models to more customer-centric approaches. By leveraging real-time data, predictive analytics, and customer behavior insights, businesses can enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and offer a more personalized customer experience. This paper explores how Big Data can be integrated into supply chain management to create a customer-centric model that prioritizes customer needs, preferences, and expectations.
