Аннотация

In today’s highly competitive market, organizations are increasingly focusing on customer satisfaction as a key driver for success. The emergence of Big Data has brought about significant transformations in supply chain management (SCM), allowing companies to shift from traditional models to more customer-centric approaches. By leveraging real-time data, predictive analytics, and customer behavior insights, businesses can enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and offer a more personalized customer experience. This paper explores how Big Data can be integrated into supply chain management to create a customer-centric model that prioritizes customer needs, preferences, and expectations. It discusses the role of Big Data in improving demand forecasting, inventory management, delivery optimization, and customer service, while also highlighting the challenges and opportunities associated with adopting this approach. The paper also examines case studies of companies that have successfully implemented Big Data-driven customer-centric SCM, showcasing the benefits and lessons learned.
