Аннотация

Effective governance and a fair legal system form the foundation of societal development and stability. The structure of the state and legal norms rank among the greatest achievements of human society throughout its illustrious history. The discipline that comprehensively studies these values—analyzing both their past and their future—is the Theory of State and Law.
