Аннотация

The integration of information technologies and contemporary pedagogical approaches has become an important factor in the development of effective English language education. The changing demands of society, international communication, and professional activity require learners to develop practical language skills alongside digital literacy, critical thinking, and independent learning abilities. This article explores the educational significance of digital technologies and modern instructional methods in English language teaching. It examines the use of multimedia resources, online learning environments, artificial intelligence, interactive assessment, and collaborative digital tools. Particular attention is given to student-centered instruction, differentiated learning, task-based teaching, and the relationship between technological innovation and pedagogical effectiveness. The article also identifies major implementation challenges, including insufficient digital infrastructure, limited technological competence among teachers, and concerns regarding academic integrity. The analysis suggests that combining technological resources with purposeful teaching strategies can create a more interactive, flexible, and learner-oriented educational environment.
