The Kutlug Temur Building, an iconic historical structure, stands as a symbol of Turkmenistan’s architectural legacy. In this paper, we explore the process of designing and animating the Kutlug Temur Building using modern digital technologies. By combining historical research with state-of-the-art 3D modeling, texturing, and animation techniques, the project aims to digitally preserve the building's unique architectural features and create an immersive experience for educational and cultural purposes. This study highlights the importance of digital reconstruction in cultural preservation, and it offers insights into the methods and tools used in the creation of this animated representation.
