This article examines the influence of international academic cooperation on language teacher development, focusing on professional learning, digital collaboration, intercultural competence, and the implementation of innovative teaching practices. It also discusses the challenges that may limit the effectiveness of international partnerships and proposes measures for strengthening their contribution to teacher education. The article argues that sustainable international cooperation can support the development of reflective, competent, and globally oriented language teachers.
